BACKGROUND

The origins of our company stem from Element Consulting Group, Inc. (ECG), which was established in April 2002. Recognizing a need for a true owner advocacy firm that understands all phases of a project’s life cycle in the K12 and Community College sector, we formed Element Consulting, Inc. as a DBA within ECG. 

Designations/ Certifications include:

  • SBE with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD)​

  • LBE with the City of Los Angeles

  • SBE with the State of California DGS

  • BE/MBE with the County of Los Angeles

  • SBE with the Port of Long Beach
